Amanda spent the first decade of her career dedicated to nursing. As she progressed, she was instrumental in establishing and managing the operations of a private neurosurgery practice for the last 4 years of her profession.

During this time, her husband was laying the foundation for his own business—a home inspection company. As he navigated the early years of entrepreneurship, building client relationships and establishing a reputation for quality, Amanda watched and supported him, inspired by his drive and resilience. Their shared commitment to building meaningful careers strengthened their partnership, both in business and in life.

Nearly four years after launching the company, the couple saw an opportunity to combine their strengths. Amanda made the decision to step away from her career in nursing to join Todd in growing their company. Her background in managing a medical practice gave her insight into client relations and operational efficiency. This transition also allows more time with their two young daughters and the ability to expand their involvement within their community.
