Kadie Sewell, Crescent Title

Meet Kadie Sewell! When Kadie moved to Ponchatoula in 2004, she rapidly fell in love with the uniqueness of Tangipahoa Parish. At Ponchatoula High School, she served in leadership positions on both state and national levels for the Future Farmers of America Organization (FFA). With FFA, participated in activities ranging from raising goats and chickens to public speaking competitions. She accredits her successes in life to the diverse opportunities she experienced as a proud alumnus. Kadie later enrolled in Tangipahoa’s very own, Southeastern Louisiana University. She happily worked through college at many local restaurants, including Ponchatoula’s Roux & Brew, where she met an array of the area’s finest professionals and established meaningful connections. Such connections eventually led her to a career in real estate title.

Today, Kadie serves as Business Development and Marketing Representative for Crescent Title, LLC in Hammond. Her favorite on the job activities are participating in the local community development events and organizing, in office, continuing education classes! With a true servants heart, she works alongside Crescent Title’s managing attorney, Matthew Emmons, to provide lasting results and quality title services to all those in need, from purchasers and sellers to lenders and real estate professionals. Kadie resides in Tangipahoa Parish with her rescue pup, Pearl.
